Note: Be sure to check you have the correct PayPal Cart window at time of purchase as some Browsers may display different Cart windows for each time you click on the Cart button.

1. Updates and Compatibility: All of my Themes are designed for the latest XOOPS 2.0.* version at the time of release and are tested with each release of a new XOOPS 2.0.* version. I can give no guarantee, that the Themes will work with future versions of the above mentioned releases or that they will work with XOOPS 2.2.* versions

2. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or outright exclusive ownership to any of my Themes, either modified or unmodified

3. Warranty & Refunds: websxoops.com can not give any refunds due to the digital nature of the item, nor does it give a warranty or guarantee the Themes in any way.

4. Theme Purchase and Delivery: All purchases and deliveries are done externally via the PayPal Secure Shopping Cart and payloadz.com systems.

To purchase a Theme, click on the 'PayPal Add to Cart' button directly under the Theme you wish to purchase. The PayPal Secure Cart will open in a new window after your first Item is added, then you can continue shopping or make your purchase. You should follow the PayPal Cart instructions to make your purchase.

After this, you will recieve an email with the download link or with the theme in zip.
